POSIDONIA 2026

Five days of direct conversations at Posidonia 2026. Resolute Maritime Services was there with its nine principals, its stand, its reception, and the launch of the Resolute Voices series.

Every two years, Posidonia gives the industry the rare chance to come together in one place. Five days of direct conversations with the people who keep the global fleet moving. This year, Resolute Maritime Services welcomed clients and principals at its stand and at its reception. Across every conversation, one theme stood out: in a period of constant operational, regulatory and geopolitical change, the partners you trust are the ones who carry you through.

Exclusive Representations

Resolute Maritime Services provides first class repair services, original equipment and digital solutions for marine applications through a platform of exclusive and dedicated principals worldwide. At Posidonia 2026, our carefully selected international principals were represented at Stand 2.119, Metropolitan Expo, covering drydocking, afloat repairs, riding team services, wind-assisted propulsion and waste heat recovery systems, as well as digital drydocking and inspection management solutions.

Each principal represents a deliberate choice, selected for depth of capability, operational track record, and direct relevance to the requirements of Greek shipping.

What the Conversations Were About

Drydocking decisions and afloat repair planning are made under real commercial pressure. Posidonia is where the people driving these decisions engage in face to face discussions with potential partners.

The pressure on Greek-managed fleets is real and the decisions cannot wait. CII ratings, FuelEU Maritime and EU ETS costs, fuel consumption on vessels trading today. Geopolitical pressure on Eastern Mediterranean routes is reshaping how Greek technical departments plan repair access. And in the Middle East, the question for vessels already in the region is not whether to act, but where to go and how quickly.

Each of Resolute's principals was present to address specific operational questions. That is the difference that direct representation makes.

Ship Repair Yards at Posidonia 2026

Choosing the right shipyard is not just about location. It is about fit. Resolute's client service objective is simple: to reduce uncertainty in the process of selecting a repair partner. The principals Resolute works with are longstanding, established players, renowned for the quality of their workmanship.

ASRY Bahrain

ASRY is the oldest and most experienced ship repair facility in the Middle East. One graving dock up to 375m, two floating docks up to 120,000 DWT. Built to operate under pressure, with the infrastructure, contractor depth and logistics capability to handle complex projects without delays. Every specialist discipline is permanently on site. Four direct flights per week between Athens and Bahrain mean personnel can be on site within hours of a decision.

LISNAVE Portugal

Strategically positioned at the Atlantic gateway to the Mediterranean, LISNAVE provides direct accessibility for vessels trading on major transatlantic routes. Six drydocks, with graving docks up to 450m, 420m and 350m, and three hydrolift docks up to 280m in length. From specialised LNG carrier and DP shuttle tanker repairs to routine drydockings across all vessel types and sizes, LISNAVE combines large-scale infrastructure with established operational capability.

NAVALROCHA Portugal

Not every repair call requires the largest yard available. Some vessels need a facility that is well-equipped, experienced, and set up to move quickly, without the complexity that comes with scale. NAVALROCHA in Lisbon is exactly that. Four graving drydocks, a floating repair pier, fully equipped workshops, and a track record across product and chemical carriers, LPGs, general cargo carriers, expedition vessels, cruise ships, yachts, and seismic survey vessels.

Afloat Repairs, Marine Equipment and Digital Solutions

The principals we work with must deliver where and when it matters. In North and West Europe and across Turkish ports and Straits, PLATINUM Marine Services operates as a mobile shipyard, delivering riding squad support, emergency repairs and specialist project work afloat. DYNAMIC Group of Companies specialise in afloat surface preparation and coating services, with riding teams deployable to any port, while they are also capable of delivering turnkey drydocking in the Mediterranean under a single point of contact.

On the equipment side, CWS produces a patented rigid wingsail system retrofittable on existing vessels without the need for dry docking, or integrable directly into newbuildings, reducing EU ETS exposure and improving CII performance. ENOGIA produces ORC waste heat recovery modules from 10 to 180 kWe, reducing fuel consumption with measurable CII rating improvement. MAINDECK by UniSea transforms complex operational data into actionable control, covering specification creation, yard comparison and negotiation, on-site monitoring and cost control during project execution, as well as inspection management.

Built on Long-Term Commitment

Resolute has been built on long-term commitment. The principals it represents. The Greek owners and technical departments it works alongside. The trust placed in it across every project, year after year.

Resolute Maritime Services holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification from Bureau Veritas, formalising the disciplined coordination and reliable representation that have defined the company across four decades. As Alex Scaramangas said at Posidonia 2026: “Forty years in, it is still exhilarating.”
