About Us

Resolute was founded in 2012 by Alex Scaramangasand later joined by Nikos Pappas—two naval architects and veterans inship repair yard marketing and sales. Together, they bring more than sevendecades of combined experience in the industry.

The younger generation of the company is representedby Andreas Scaramangas and Dimitris Svoronos, who are responsiblefor business development and continue to drive the company’s growth andrenewal.

From the outset, our mission has been clear andstraightforward:
to offer first-class international principals a trusted and reliableplatform serving the Greek maritime community to the highest professionalstandards.
This mission remains as relevant today as when the company was founded.

This policy is reviewed annually during managementreview meetings and updated as necessary to remain appropriate to the company’sactivities and objectives.
